A group of geeks in a pub with drinks and chat.

Meet Up at Bishop on the Bridge

Bishop on the bridge at 7pm for food and drinks and wifi.

Second the comment about the staff at the Hyde Tavern.
The Hyde tavern will allow you to bring food in i.e. a take away. They can supply a plate and cutlery for a pound. You can eat pizza, noodles or soup with your fingers if your prefer and not to pay the pound. (It's not like corkage)
I think bishop has wifi as when I walked past it t'other day, my iphone popped up saying connect to fuller's. Maybe hyde tavern next one?
